Summary:
It begins with a hit gone wrong. Stone cold hitman Will Robie is dispatched to eliminate a target in Washington, D.C., but something about the mission doesn't seem right and he does the unthinkable: he refuses to make the kill. Now on the run from his own people, Robie crosses paths with a fourteen-year-old girl whose foster parents have just been murdered and her own life is in danger.
